Accepting New Patients in Boca Raton


From your very first call, our team will welcome you with warmth and attentive care. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have, review your insurance information, and get you all set up with a first appointment. When you arrive in our Boca Raton office, you’ll hear our soothing waterfall. A deep breath will deliver a calming dose of aromatherapy, and you’ll see our warm and welcoming front office team smiling in greeting. We know that anytime you visit, you’ll always feel at home.

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out, and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your dental and medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. We will need a copy of your driver's license and your insurance card if applicable. Thank you, and please contact our office if you have any questions at all.

Financing Available

For your convenience, we take all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We offer financing through CareCredit. Payment is due when services are rendered. All accounts are due and payable within 30 days of an invoice date. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance after thirty (30) days. In the event this account is in default, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including court costs and attorney fees, whether a suit is filed or not. In the event a suit is filed, the venue will be Broward County, Florida.

Insurance Accepted

Dental insurance can be confusing. A common misconception about dental insurance is that it covers everything. It is extremely rare that an insurance company covers everything 100% - unicorn rare. Additionally, most insurances downgrade crowns, fillings, and major appliances, which means they will only pay a portion for a “lower grade” material (which includes metal appliances, metal crowns, and silver fillings).

When submitting claims, requesting pre-estimates, or even verifying eligibility over the phone – all insurance companies state that coverage is not a guarantee of payment and is always subject to review. A patient’s final liability, if any, cannot be determined until all claims are received, reviewed, and processed.

At Rowen Dentistry, we accept all major PPO plans listed below. As a courtesy, we submit dental claims to the patient’s dental insurance company on the patient’s behalf. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to know what their dental insurance plan covers.

We also accept the Aetna and Cigna POS or fee schedules.
