Teeth Bleaching at our Boca Raton office:
Initially, a rubber shield fitted onto your mouth will protect your gums. A highly concentrated bleaching gel is applied onto your teeth as a special light is used to speed up the bleaching process. This process “jump starts” the pores of the teeth to open, cleans the discoloration from the pores of the teeth. Your initial teeth bleaching office visit usually takes about half hour to an hour, and may require further visits, depending on the individual.

The bleaching process continues at home:
Dr. Rowen will make you a custom tray which you will wear at home with a solution of low concentration gel. You will wear the custom tray for about 1 hr a day for a week or so. The trays can then be used every week, month etc to whiten the teeth again. There has been no evidence to show that the whitening hurts the teeth.

Most patients experience dramatic results after the first dental bleaching treatment. Dental office teeth bleaching will often last longer than other whitening methods.
